1. Customization Process & Design Confirmation

  • All products are made-to-order and personalized according to the design, text, images and other requirements you provide.
  • We will provide a digital proof for your confirmation before production. You are responsible for carefully checking all details on the proof, including but not limited to text, spelling, images, layout, size and color.
  • Once you confirm the design proof, production will start immediately. No design modifications, content changes or order cancellations can be accepted after production begins, as all items are uniquely manufactured for you.

2. Production & Delivery

  • Production lead time varies by product type and order quantity, starting from the date of design confirmation. Estimated production and delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, logistics carrier issues or other force majeure factors.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We will not be liable for lost or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by you.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in the currency specified on the website and do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees. You are responsible for all such charges that may apply in your destination country.
  • Full payment is required before production begins. Orders will not be processed until payment is received and cleared.

4. Intellectual Property

  • You warrant that any content, images, text, logos or designs you submit for customization do not infringe on the copyright, trademark, privacy rights or any other intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • You agree to indemnify us for any claims, losses or damages arising from unauthorized use of third-party materials in your custom design.

5. General Disclaimer

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains inappropriate, offensive, illegal or copyright-infringing content.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
